Eleanor M. Blackey joined Gess, Mattingly & Atchison as an associate in 2007.
Her principal area of practice is general litigation including both civil and
criminal litigation. Ms. Blackey also practices in the areas of equine law and
family law.
Ms. Blackey graduated in May 2007 from the University of Kentucky College of Law
where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and chaired the law school's
Foster Care Review Board. She received her undergraduate degree from Davidson
College in 2004.
