Biography:

Donald Wakefield focuses his practice in the areas of administrative law, appellate practice, business law, collections, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy and general litigation and insurance defense, including civil rights and governmental defense.

He is experienced in the defense of governmental entities and officers with significant experience before both state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies.
