Felisa S. Moore joined Gess Mattingly & Atchison as an associate in 2018. She focuses her practice in the areas of Appellate Law, Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring, and Business & Commercial Law.

Ms. Moore earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2017, where she was elected into the Order of the Coif. She served as Senior Staff Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. After graduation, Ms. Moore served as a law clerk to the Honorable David L. Bunning, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Ms. Moore earned a B.A in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Kentucky in 2014.
